Reasons from the buyer:

Since steel is a bulk commodity, if the buyer is responsible for the return or exchange, the buyer shall bear our logistics costs, warehousing and other costs. If the steel has been processed, cut or damaged, it will not be returned or exchanged. Please understand.

Reasons from the supplier:

If the return is caused by the seller, the seller is responsible for the return and exchange and bears the cost.

(1) Quantity objection: Within one working day after receiving the materials, if the buyer finds any quantity objection (reasonable weight difference, please submit it in writing, and keep the material packaging intact, and fax the weight bill.

(2) Quality objection: Within fifteen working days after receiving the materials, if the buyer finds any quality problem, please submit it in writing.
